Sub-Processors

Overview
TestPlanIt uses a limited number of third-party sub-processors to help deliver our services. A sub-processor is a third-party data processor engaged by TestPlanIt who has or potentially will have access to or process personal data provided through our services.
We are committed to transparency about the services we use to process your data. This page lists all current sub-processors, their purpose, and the types of data they process on our behalf.
Current Sub-Processors
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
- Purpose
- Cloud hosting, compute, and object storage (database backups)
- Data Processed
- All customer data stored and processed by the TestPlanIt application
- Hosting Location
- United States (US-Chicago region) for trials and US-region paid plans; European Union (EU-Frankfurt, Germany) for paid plans that select the EU region
- Privacy Policy

Cloudflare, Inc.
- Purpose
- DNS management, DDoS protection, TLS termination, CDN proxy. Applies to all regions, including EU-region plans.
- Data Processed
- IP addresses, HTTP request headers, request/response payloads in transit
- Hosting Location
- Global (edge network)

Scaleway SAS
- Purpose
- Transactional email delivery (EU-region plans)
- Data Processed
- Recipient email address, email content (magic link tokens, invoice notifications)

Google LLC (Google Workspace)
- Purpose
- Transactional email delivery (US-region plans); email correspondence with TestPlanIt support

Stripe, Inc.
- Purpose
- Payment processing and billing

Self-Hosted Deployments
If you self-host TestPlanIt, none of the sub-processors listed above apply. All data remains on your own infrastructure and is not shared with any third party through TestPlanIt.
Changes to Sub-Processors
TestPlanIt updates this page whenever sub-processors are added or removed. Customers with a Data Processing Agreement receive no less than thirty (30) days' prior written notice of any intended change, with the opportunity to object.
