Overview

TestPlanIt uses a limited number of third-party sub-processors to help deliver our services. A sub-processor is a third-party data processor engaged by TestPlanIt who has or potentially will have access to or process personal data provided through our services.

We are committed to transparency about the services we use to process your data. This page lists all current sub-processors, their purpose, and the types of data they process on our behalf.

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

Purpose
Cloud hosting, compute, and object storage (database backups)

All customer data stored and processed by the TestPlanIt application

Cloudflare, Inc.

Purpose
DNS management, DDoS protection, TLS termination, and CDN proxy
Data Processed
IP addresses, HTTP request headers, request/response payloads in transit

Global (edge network)

Stripe, Inc.

Purpose
Payment processing and billing
Data Processed
Customer name, email address, payment method details, billing address, invoice history

Google LLC (Google Workspace)

Purpose
Transactional email delivery
Data Processed
Recipient email address, email content (e.g., magic link tokens, invoice notifications)

Self-Hosted Deployments

If you self-host TestPlanIt, none of the sub-processors listed above apply. All data remains on your own infrastructure and is not shared with any third party through TestPlanIt.

Changes to Sub-Processors
